If you’re organised, have good communication skills, and enjoy working in a team, then a career in digital business administration could be right for you. But where do you begin?
This course aims to develop your understanding of what working in a business or office environment is like, the roles and responsibilities expected, and basic customer service principles.

Who this course is for
Applicants should be aged 19 and above, currently unemployed and claiming benefits, and a UK EU resident or have been living in the UK for more than 3 years.
No previous qualifications are necessary but learners should be working to a minimum of entry level 3.
This specialism would suit candidates looking to work in a customer-focused role such as a customer service assistant, receptionist, or sales advisor.
You could also progress to further learning via an apprenticeship or NVQs.
